How is Payment Collected?

We accept checks, money orders, cash, and ACH payments. Upon receipt of payment we transfer the rent into your account.

How often is the property inspected?

How often is the property inspected?  – We inspect the exterior and common areas at least one time per month.  This way we can ensure the property is being maintained.

Do you manage commercial and residential tenants?

Yes we have an extensive history in residential and , commercial management.

Will the 24/7 answering service always get a live person?

A live person will answer every call with little to no hold time.
